What the project is about/ goals/ objectives |
The changed federal context, following the restructuring of the county and having local elected representatives in place, after a two decade long gap; the programme aims to address the challenges and constraints faced by newly elected sub national governments. The overall objective of the programme is to enhance the capacity of the program municipalities and the TDF to foster local economic development and climate resilient investment through blended financing. |
